The writing took him eighteen months, the work being completed towards the end of 1893. Nell’ambito della filosofia continentale europea oggi svolge funzioni egemoniche il “decostruzionismo”, il quale, com’è noto, critica ogni narrazione che pretenda coerenza e sistematicità, decostruisce le proposizioni fondamentali di ogni metateoria, e ne svela presupposti tacitamente assunti che con il loro operare non dichiarato ne inficiano e volatilizzano ogni pretesa di scientificità e di obiettività.
Appare evidente che gli studi e la ricerca su Marx non possono non confrontarsi con questo vertice egemonico di riduzione della realtà a linguaggio, di dissoluzione di tutte le narrazioni, di decostruzione di tutte le presupposizioni indebite che agiscono sotto le definizioni tradizionali e più diffuse delle scienze umane.
